Sensiclear
Sensiclear
Sensiclear is a chemical-based acne treatment which costs $40 for a month’s supply. Its ingredients include unfamiliar chemicals such as ppg-5-ceteth-20 and sodium benzotriazolyl butyphenol sulfonate. Sensiclear’s website offers a 30-day trial which charges users for shipping and handling, and costs about $20 for the first monthly kit.
Sensiclear offers very little proven value, and is not a popular acne treatment. Its ingredient list is full of harsh chemicals that can cause negative side-effects. Another problem with using strong chemical treatments is that the problem usually returns stronger and quicker as soon as treatment is stopped. It is also not unusual for online trials to be complicated or downright dishonest, and canceling such trials can be difficult to impossible.
All in all, Sensiclear is just one of many acne treatments with high costs and fancy ingredients, but has very little convincing data or customer goodwill to justify the price.
